High-performance ceramic fiber blankets for furnace lining, thermal insulation and industrial heat containment — from 600°C to 1600°C.
Ceramic fiber blankets are white, uniform high-temperature insulation materials that integrate heat insulation and preservation functions. Produced by needle-punching to enhance tensile strength, they maintain their structural integrity in both neutral and oxidizing atmospheres.
AL-LINX supplies ceramic blankets in five grades — from standard 600°C up to 1600°C zirconium-enhanced. The main composition includes alumina (Al₂O₃), silica (SiO₂) and specialty fibers. No additives are used, ensuring clean performance at operating temperature.

Low thermal conductivity and excellent flexibility. Suitable for standard industrial insulation.
Enhanced thermal performance and durability for general furnace applications.
Superior heat and corrosion resistance for demanding thermal environments.
High alumina content for extreme temperature applications requiring chemical stability.
Maximum performance grade with zirconia reinforcement for the most demanding furnace environments.
Primary and backup insulation for industrial furnaces, kilns and ovens. Reduces heat loss and energy consumption.
Used in aluminum melting furnaces, annealing ovens and steel reheat furnaces for continuous operation.
Pipe insulation, reactor lining and high-temperature sealing in refinery and petrochemical processes.
Fire barrier and passive fire protection in industrial buildings and process equipment.
Crown, wall and door sealing in ceramic and glass manufacturing kilns.
Compensates thermal expansion in hot surfaces, preventing structural damage in cyclic operations.
